Unisys Security Insights is a global study conducted to gauge the attitudes of consumers on a range of security related issues. The 2015 study measures concerns around personal data security across verticals such as banking, government, airlines, healthcare, telecom, retail and utilities.
According to the survey of 11,244 adults across 12 countries, respondents believe that telecommunications companies, government agencies and banks are the organizations most vulnerable to personal data breaches.
In addition to measuring consumers’ personal data security concerns, the research covers country-specific consumer issues related to current events.
Independent research agencies, Lieberman group and Newspoll conducted the survey in
the United Kingdom and
the United States.
- The survey was conducted across randomly selected households across 12 countries, in April and May, 2015.
- The sample is weighted with respect to national demographic characteristics such as gender, age, region, town size, education and occupation.
